my roommate the Law Student

In the world of free media, “my roommate the” has gone through great lengths not to infringe on the copyrights of the wealthy, which is why we find it especially appropriate to tell the tale of the Law Student, to which our very utterance of their nature is likely provoking a tort.  And understandably so, the grueling process of becoming a lawyer should provide at least some justification for their relentless pursuit of enforcing their coded understanding of fairness; if only it wasn’t tainted by the American dream of freedom to sue simply for the sake of doing so.  But who are we kidding?  This noble monster literally can’t afford to feel bad for the people they’re going to crush, unless of course it’s done under the influence of a post-test binge, only to be washed clean for the following day’s legal slaughter.  This is for those who need to be the smartest person in the room, and will argue any subject from any point of view, as long as they win.  Cheers.
